AFCAT GOES ONLINE,NOTIFICATION RELEASED

Indian Air Force (IAF) has released the notification for AFCAT-1 exam(2018). AFCAT-1(2018) will be conducted online in February(2018). Online registration for will start from December 16. The last date to apply is January 14, 2018. The notification states that the candidates have to scan a QR code to apply online. To be eligible for flying branch through AFCAT, candidate’s age should be 20 to 24 years while it is 20 to 26 years for ground duty (technical and non-technical branch). AFCAT online test will consists of 100 questions from General Awareness, Verbal Ability, Numerical Ability, Reasoning & Military Aptitude covering 2 hour duration. But as a matter of fact the Britishers were not so done with their hunger for exploitation neither the passive resistance was something unknown to them. Army Day is celebrated on 15 January every year recognizing Lt.Gen K M CARIAPPA (later Field Marshal) as the first commander-in-chief of the Indian Army taking over from last british Commander in chief of India Gen. Francis Butcher on 15 Jan 1949.
